Celebrating Healthy Hearts at W3 during American Heart Month: Cardio Challenge Parties!

Join us for our annual “Don’t Miss a Beat” Cardio parties at each Women’s Workout & Wellness location in Chicago, Berwyn & Tinley Park. Each of the W3 locations will be raffling off different prizes, including TEAM functional training, gym bags and salad shaker cups! We are celebrating healthy hearts and bringing awareness that heart disease is the number one cause of death in women. Scary thought! But we are fighting it and staying healthy at W3. Go red for women and celebrate life and healthy hearts during our fun, heart-pumping cardio challenge classes. Don’t miss a beat- we’ll see you there!

Check out the different party days and events at the Women’s Workout nearest you. Don’t forget to bring a friend. Go red together!
