Hi everyone. Toy is my nickname, aka, La Torture per the W3 Members.

I have been with W3 since 2008. I’m the Personal Training Manager at our W3 Monroe location downtown Chicago.

I am a N.A.S.M. certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, CPR/AED certified, certified boot camp trainer, with specialty certifications in cardio kick boxing, strength training, dance, and body weight training. I must add- I love to box!

I simply love encouraging, motivating and inspiring everyone, but I have a heart for women because women are always taking care of others.

Now I do hold my members/clients accountable because it is their journey. I love seeing the results of the members- it is such a joy. To watch their bodies, minds and spirits transform is awesome!

This is my passion. W3 has given me a wonderful opportunity to change and inspire women to do things that they didn’t think they could do- Becoming strong women with hard work in their workouts and proper nutrition.

I am here to tell you that the members of W3 work out extremely hard, and I am so very proud of their accomplishments. It makes what I do a joy and not work!
