Women’s Workout & Wellness Celebrating Healthy Hearts during American Heart Month

Don’t less your heart miss a beat this month- celebrate National Heart Month at W3 and start fighting heart disease today!

Women’s Workout & Wellness (W3) is celebrating healthy hearts in February during National Heart Month. Our goal is to bring awareness to the community that heart disease is the number 1 cause of death in women. One of the best ways to combat heart disease is by exercising. You need at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day to exercise your heart. Cardiovascular exercise does not need to be boring! One of Women’s Workout & Wellness’ goals is to show women that exercising can be FUN, especially if you workout with your friends. You do not have to run on a treadmill or go for miles on a stationary bike. In fact, other forms of exercise are more effective. You can do different cardio classes, like Zumba and Turbokick, or participate in our group functional training program that actually offers more benefits than just cardiovascular strength. W3 specializes in group exercise classes because we know that women like to workout in groups. Women like the social dynamic, group motivation and energizing atmosphere. Try a class for free, and we will prove to you that you’ll forget about working out and really enjoy what you’re doing- not to mention that you’ll be burning calories, improving your cardiovascular level, and best of all, having fun! W3 believes in living life, and we are celebrating healthy hearts at our “Don’t Miss a Beat” cardio parties this month at all of our locations! You’re invited to attend for free with a friend.

Join W3 at our Monroe location downtown Chicago highlighting our cardio classes on Wednesday, February 18th. Cardio party classes will be all day starting at 6am!

At our 51st and S. Kedzie location, the party will be on Friday, February 20th starting at 5:30pm. Join them for a fun girl’s night out!

Join W3 at our Berwyn location for a 2 hour Zumbathon! Saturday, February 21st at 11am at 6342 W. Cermak Rd. Our Lawrence location will also have special TURBOKICK and ZUMBA classes on Saturday, February 21st starting at 9:30am and our TINLEY PARK location will have special classes starting at 8:30am including “HIIT Insanity” at 9:30am and Turbokick at 10:30am… AND will have a LIVE DJ at the event!
